Shipping & Delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. As we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
All orders will take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Delivery within the United States takes approximately 14-30 business days after processing, while international delivery takes approximately 14-30 business days to carry out as well. Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays or limited edition launches.
We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realise you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
At Venetto Design, we stand behind our products and services and promise to leave you completely satisfied!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return unused products for a full refund in the original form of payment.
There is no restocking fee and you will not be charged for original shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 10 business days.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Only unused and unwashed items in the original packaging are eligible for the return. Venetto Design reserves the right to refuse the return and refund of goods shipped after the return period or that are not in their original condition.
FREE RETURN FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION, THE UK AND THE UNITED STATES
We currently offer free local returns for European Union* countries, the United Kingdom and the United States. Please fill in the form below with the details of your order and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
*European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
RETURN FOR OTHER COUNTRIES
Buyers from other countries are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Please fill in the form below with your order details and we will advise you of the nearest return address.
Once we receive and review your return, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of receiving the refund confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
